First, just wanted to say that I love the comic! It’s got a good mixture of action and comedy, plus some interesting takes on old monsters… and slayers. Secret Santa is particularly hilarious! Anyway, I wanted to ask, is it possible to to see some of the old voter images? I think I missed a few, and would like to check them out.
Thanks, Whachup! Archiving the older voters is something I’ve thought a long time about, but haven’t come up with any solutions I’ve liked. If you guys give me some of your ideas it could help steer me in a good direction. Here’s some of the hang ups I’ve had:
– How long should I wait to post old voters in the archive, so that it sill encourages voting for them when they’re originally available?
– Should I keep the archive on the site in some kind of easy to navigate photo gallery, or make them a facebook page exclusive?
The archive idea sounds nice to me! As for the hang-ups; For the first one, I’m not actually sure what the issue is. Once you put in a new voter image, the old one no longer can be accessed, as far as I can tell. So, where’s the question? It won’t hurt your votes to archive old image incentives, since no-one can accesses them by voting anyway. As for the second; an on-site archive seems better to me, in the sense of being easier for people to find. But I suppose there might be an advantage to a facebook exclusive I don’t know about.

Personally I don’t know how long you should wait but on where, I’d use an archive…but, hey it’s your choice in the end.
